Campaign Site

A campaign site is an extended version of an ad. This is useful if you can’t fit all necessary information in the ad format. It can contain images, text, links to social media, video, a storelocator and a click to call button. It can also include a form where you can collect information from visitors.

A campaign site is not a mobile version of your original website. It’s merely a micro site related to a specific Widespace campaign.






A campaign site is usually divided into sections that expands when clicked on a button. Widespace tracks the clicks on these buttons.

Please deliver high resolution images, at least 640 pixels wide if possible. All image file types are supported but may be converted by Widespace. When necessary please include PSD. Images can be added on their own or in a slideshow. For animations we recommend GIF images, please note that flash animations are not supported on smartphones.

Video files are to be delivered in MP4 format with the H.264 codec, audio in AAC-LC up to 48kHz. Maximum weight 10mb, resolution up to 640x480px and the recommended length of 30s. Youtube videos can be embedded on a campaign site.

For storelocator please include 1 Excel sheet with at least 2 columns: “street address” and “city” to the stores / resellers. For the storelocator to work the address needs to be available through google maps. Other supported columns are: “company name”, “phone number” and “URL”).

Forms are a good way of collecting data. Keep in mind that fewer fields usually increase the number of registrations.


Widespace tracks average time spent and clicks on separate buttons.
